For more than 15 years she has led transformation projects across Mexico and Latin America with companies, foundations and international organizations such as Mabe, Nacional Monte de Piedad, GIZ and World Vision. She is a board member of CREW Mexico and co-founder of Punto Terra.​

Mónica turns complex challenges into paths people can walk together. She has led projects and teams in more than 16 countries with governments, companies and organizations such as the IDB, GIZ, ILO and ECLAC, designing processes through which people and institutions build capabilities that outlast any single project.​
